If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition. Items for return or exchange must be received by our returns department within 14 days of delivery to you. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and the client is responsible for return shipping costs. To receive a full refund in the original form of payment, merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached.

All sale items (includes "flash sale" items) and custom orders are FINAL SALE. They may not be exchanged, returned or price adjusted.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

For domestic shipments, you will be contacted by e-mail with a DHL tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center. Expedited orders must be received by 12pm PST to ship out the same day.

International Rates are calculated based on destination and weight of package. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the client’s local government are the responsibility of the client. Please note that all international orders will be considered FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. An adult signature is required for all orders unless otherwise requested.

If you are purchasing within Mexico, a 16% IVA will be added at checkout.
